The device was not meant to be left unattended, its design is to help protect workers and pedestrians in reduced speed areas (15-45mph). This device was not designed for use on high-speed roadways and are not meant to be deployed on a full-time basis. This device is made up of plastic parts and depending on traffic volume, sections may wear out after extended use and need to be replaced.
This device is equipped with rubber backing to help keep it in place during usage.
